2. It's possible you're security settings are preventing the web site from working.

Changing and verifying your security level is easy.

Step 1. In the menu bar for Internet Explorer, select Tools> Internet Options.

• Click the Security tab.
• Under the Security level for this zone section, scroll the bar until the security level reads Medium
• Hit OK.

Advanced: If you are uncomfortable browsing the internet under medium security, another option is to add this site to your Trusted sites list. This will give this site (and this site only) permission to use cookies. Without cookies, you will not have access to this site.
